Refund policy

At Unreal Drips, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only if you receive an incorrect size or the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase and clear photos of the product must be provided.

Size Exchange

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, we offer a size exchange (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be in its original, unused condition.
Customers may be responsible for shipping charges associated with the exchange unless the mistake was on our end.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

You received the wrong product.
Your replacement item is unavailable after your approved return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
